8. If going for caregiver hiring agency, ask about the supervision process that the agency has in place. Other necessary questions could be the caregiver’s training that the agency imparts and the billing plans or packages that they might have.

Whether you choose individual in- home services for seniors, or a caregiver hiring agency, always remember to draft up and sign a contract of employment. The contract doesn’t have to be complex, however, it should enlist all the details of the employment- trial periods, requirements, duties to be discharged, payments, etc.
